The price of each item is shown on its product page and again at checkout, in your local currency. Japanese consumption tax (消費税) is included in prices shown to customers in Japan.

Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders shipped outside the delivery country may attract import duty or tax, which is payable by the recipient.

Card and wallet payments are taken when the order is placed. Konbini payments must be completed within the period shown at checkout; the order is produced once payment clears.

Each item is printed to order. Production normally takes 2–5 business days, plus carrier transit time; the estimate is shown at checkout.
