Terms of sale
The contract between you and us when you order — products, prices, payment, delivery and your rights.
Last updated 16 July 2026
1. Who we are
These terms govern every sale made through this website, operated by Yabaizoo (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you accept them. Our full identity and contact details are in the Legal notice.
2. Our products
We sell limited-run graphic garments (tees and hoodies). Each design is printed to order by our print-on-demand partners — Printful for Europe and the United States, Printify for Asia — so items are made specifically for your order rather than picked from a shelf.
Product photos and the on-screen “virtual tee” are illustrative; slight variation in colour, print position and blank between batches is normal and not a defect.
3. Your order
The steps to order are: choose a design, colour and size; add it to your collection (cart); review it; and confirm with payment. Before paying you can review and correct your order.
The sale is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or if a product cannot be produced — in which case you are refunded in full.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in your region's currency — euros (EU), US dollars (US) or Japanese yen (Asia) — and include applicable taxes where required. Any delivery charge is shown separately before you pay.
We may change prices at any time, but you always pay the price displayed at the moment you confirm your order.
5. Payment
You can pay with the methods offered at checkout (which may include card, PayPal, Klarna and wallets). Payments are processed by our payment providers; we never store your full card details.
Your order is produced once payment is authorised.
6. Delivery
We ship to the countries listed in our Shipping policy. Because items are made to order, the total time is production time plus transit time. Estimated times are indicative and not guaranteed.
Risk passes to you on delivery. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties or taxes may apply and are your responsibility.
7. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw without giving a reason. Our catalogue designs are standard products, so this right applies to them.
To withdraw, tell us clearly (for example by email) within the 14 days. See our Returns & refunds policy for how to return the item and how refunds are made.
8. Faulty items & legal guarantees
Separately from any withdrawal right, an item that arrives damaged, misprinted or not as described is replaced or refunded at no cost to you — see Returns & refunds. Depending on where you live this may also be a statutory guarantee: EU and UK consumers have the legal guarantee of conformity, and customers in Japan have the seller's liability for non-conformity (契約不適合責任) under the Civil Code.
9. Intellectual property
Buying a garment gives you the physical item for personal use. It does not transfer any rights in the artwork or brand: the designs, names and logos remain the property of Yabaizoo. You may not reproduce or resell the designs.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it (including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for your statutory consumer rights). Otherwise, our liability is limited to the price of the products concerned.
11. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by Japanese law, and the Tokyo District Court is the court of first instance for disputes — without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, nothing here removes the protections your own law gives you, including the 14-day right of withdrawal, and you keep the right to bring a claim in your home courts.
If you have a complaint, contact us first at keeper@yabaizoo.example. As a consumer you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or refer the matter to a consumer mediator (médiateur de la consommation): ⟨mediator name & contact — to add⟩.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
Supplier terms · Cancellation
Your order is made and shipped by one of our print partners, so their terms apply in addition to ours:
Because items are made to order, an order can only be cancelled or changed during the short window before it enters production. Once production has started it can no longer be cancelled or modified. ⟨confirm Printful's current cancellation window⟩
Orders can only be cancelled before they are sent to production. Once an order is in production it cannot be cancelled or edited. ⟨confirm Printify's current cancellation window⟩
