14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Our garments are standard catalogue designs, so this right applies.
To exercise it, email us at keeper@yabaizoo.example with your order number within the 14 days. You may use the standard EU model withdrawal form, but you don't have to.
Returning the item
Send the item back within 14 days of telling us you're withdrawing. It should be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. We'll give you the return address when you contact us.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item (or proof you've sent it), we refund you within 14 days, using the same payment method you used to order. We may withhold the refund until the goods are back with us.
We refund the product price and the standard outbound delivery cost. You cover the cost of sending the item back, unless it was faulty.
Damaged, misprinted or wrong items
Because everything is printed to order, mistakes are rare — but if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective or not what you ordered, that's on us.
Email keeper@yabaizoo.example within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any return cost. This is in addition to your statutory guarantees (see Terms of sale).

Printful does not accept returns of non-defective made-to-order items. Claims for damaged, defective or misprinted products are accepted within 30 days of delivery, with photos, for a free reprint or refund. ⟨confirm Printful's current returns window⟩
As products are made on demand, Printify does not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or a wrong size chosen by the customer. Misprinted, damaged or defective items are covered for a free reprint or refund when reported within 30 days. ⟨confirm Printify's current returns window⟩

Because items are made to order, an order can only be cancelled or changed during the short window before it enters production. Once production has started it can no longer be cancelled or modified. ⟨confirm Printful's current cancellation window⟩
Orders can only be cancelled before they are sent to production. Once an order is in production it cannot be cancelled or edited. ⟨confirm Printify's current cancellation window⟩
